Its a wonder how we affect people we know and don't know. I was mannign one of the booths at the Back to School drive and a woman came up to me and told me she was trying to figure out where she knew me from. As usual, I think that because I work for Workforce, alot have people have either seen me at events or on anything that involves Workforce ant its community partners. As she walked away i noticed that Florida Commerce had a booth 2 tables down from me and went over to say high. By then the lady had made it to their table and connected the dots. She told me that as a single mother she appreciated what I was doing and understood how hard it is to get on your feet since it was so easy to fall. That made me feel so good. i think sometimes in contests or even life that we lose sight of the fact that what we do is seen and effect others. I personal am glad that I was being portryaed in a positive light and that people can relate to me.
